  • Last week, I finally sat down to find my bearings in terms of setting the direction I want to be going for the next few months. I clarified my mind by writing 3 pages of thoughts regarding objectives and setbacks I’ve been dealing with for the last few months. 
  • Main Objectives:
    • Body – More movement and mobility
    • Mind – Pray and Read more.
    • Work – Maintain consistency – baby steps
  • Some Challenges:
    1. Family scheduling my time for me
    2. Self-indulgence – comforting myself because I’m not making any progress
    3. Procrastination – delaying progress because I fear change and discomfort.
    4. Losing Self-esteem – due to not making progress – its all a vicious circle.
  • Solutions:
    1. Schedule and carve in time. If your not “Hell Yeah” then say no. (idea from Derek Sivers)
    2. Control your environment.
      1. Turn phone off when working.
      2. Uninstall Social media apps.
      3. Include veggies every meal
